Information collected
When you request a quote, the site collects the contact, vehicle, service, ZIP code, requested date, notes, payment preference, consent choice and optional damage photos you submit. Limited technical information may be used to prevent spam and duplicate requests.
How information is used
Information is used to review the requested auto glass work, respond, prepare a quote, check mobile-service coverage, assist with insurance billing when requested, and protect the form from abuse. Marketing consent is optional and is not required for a quote.
Storage and service providers
Requests are stored in the website’s managed database. Accepted photos are stored in managed object storage and indexed by private request records. Operational providers may process data only to host the website, store submissions, deliver notifications or support an activated hosted payment service.
Analytics
If analytics is configured, the site may record non-personal events such as a phone-link click or a successful form submission. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, vehicle details, notes and photo addresses are not sent to analytics.
Payments and financing
Affirm and Klarna are not active on this site. If activated later, applications and payment details will be handled by an approved hosted provider; this site will not collect Social Security numbers or raw card details.
Retention and choices
